These Terms of Service govern your use of the CapDigitale store and your purchase of digital products (ebooks) hosted on the Chariow platform.
1. Products Sold
CapDigitale sells digital products in the form of ebooks (PDF or other digital formats). No physical products are shipped.
2. Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed after:
- You select one or more ebooks
- You complete the payment
- You receive an order confirmation email
Accepted payment methods depend on the options enabled on the Chariow platform (card, mobile money, etc.).
3. Delivery and Access
Delivery is digital and immediate:
- After payment, you receive an email with a download link
- You can download the ebook(s) you purchased
- We recommend keeping a backup copy of your files
4. Pricing
Prices are displayed in XOF or another currency shown on the store. CapDigitale may change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are limited. Our full Refund Policy is described in a separate page. In general, refunds may be considered in cases such as:
- Technical issues preventing download, after support assistance
- Billing errors (double charge, incorrect price applied, etc.)
- Defective or corrupted files
6. Intellectual Property and License
All ebooks are protected by copyright. When you purchase an ebook, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it. You may not:
- Mass-share the files
- Resell the ebooks
- Make them publicly available (websites, groups, social media, etc.)
7. Limitation of Liability
CapDigitale is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the information in the ebooks. We do our best to provide accurate and useful content, but results depend on how you apply the information.
8. Changes to These Terms
CapDigitale may update these Terms of Service at any time. The terms applicable to your order are those in force at the time of your purchase.
